The Reclaim You! program is a 3 month signature program based on our 5-step Finding Balance Method. This program focuses on nourishing your body using the correct foods for your body at this time in your life. We will examine your current lifestyle and look at your health history to plan a path forward that won’t overwhelm you further. We may utilise herbs and nutritional supplements to enhance your results.

HOW TO MASTER YOUR MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS!

After going through early menopause as a result of treatment for breast cancer, I started researching nutrients, supplements, exercises and therapies that could be useful in overcoming the hideous symptoms I was experiencing.

The knowledge I gained on my own fuelled my desire to learn more, so in 2009, I embarked on a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.

This wasn’t just about my health anymore. My purpose became to support other women who were thrust into menopause as part of their treatment. This has since expanded to all women needing help with navigating the challenges of menopause symptoms so they can feel like themselves again!

If you are feeling overwhelmed or unclear about where to start on your menopause path, you’re not the only one. Determining what works can be frustrating, not every woman can or wants to use hormonal therapy, many of the ‘hormone’ supplements work for a while but the beneficial effects often don’t last.

You need a personalised approach! I work with women 1 on 1 to get their body back in to balance utilising a personalised nutrition plan, lifestyle modifications and some mindset work. We work together over three months so you can feel totally supported.

The Metabolic Balance® Program is an personalised eating plan that is exactly what your body needs on a daily basis. It is a 4 phase program that begins with a gentle cleanse and a chance for your body to reset and rebalance. Any insulin resistance that you may have will be reset – especially important to really set your body up for long-term good health.

How much time do I need to commit to this program?

How much time do I need to commit to this program?

Ideally, you will dedicate a couple of hours each week to get the most out of the program. This would include 1-2 hours to plan and prepare your food each week and build your self-care habits.

The education modules vary with respect to the time they may take you to complete. Some you will find don’t take much time and others you may want to spend a bit longer on. Consistency is key here.

This program is about teaching you how to support and nourish your body so you can navigate through menopause with ease and grace – you will be rewarded with improvements in your symptoms by spending a little time on yourself.

The strength of this program is the individualised support offered. You will be guided, and nurtured to achieve your goals.

Is the nutrition aspect of the program restrictive? And what if I don't need to lose weight?

The Metabolic Balance plan that you receive is tailored to your body’s requirements, it does not include calorie counting but you are required to weigh your food when you first start on your plan. Generally people report they don’t feel hungry or have cravings, this is in part due to the nutrient-dense foods included in your personalised plan.

There are so many benefits to this MB program aside from weight loss that include better sleep, balanced hormones, and more resilience to stress because your body is receiving all the nutrients it requires.

What if I cant make the fortnightly sessions?

The Support Sessions take place via a secure Zoom link every second week. It is best if we can connect at the same day and time each fortnight, but there is some flexibility should you be unavailable for your allocated appointment. You are reminded that this is a six month program so there will be a chance if you need to make up a session within the six month perod.

If you have any concerns or questions at other times you are welcome to post in the private Facebook group. Here you will be supported by an amazing community who ‘get you’. A place to learn, vent, feel heard and loved by others on the same path.

What happens after the 6 months program is complete?

The support does not stop here! You will be invited to become a member of the ‘Reclaim You!’ membership portal where you will have access to the weekly live calls and events and the Private Facebook Group. A small monthly fee is charged for this.
